We store the following data in our digital systems and/or on paper:
Name.Address.Gender.Contact details.Bank/Payment details.Technical information about your vehicle such as license plate, mileage, maintenance history, expected maintenance date, etc. You can always ask us to gain insight into what is stored. The right to be forgotten cannot be applied if there are still outstanding invoices.
When making a test drive, we may request additional information such as a copy of ID or a standardized test drive form. We will destroy these within 7 working days if no irregularities have been found. Exchange with third parties: We exchange necessary information with: - RDW - Accountant (including invoices) - Legally required third parties. - In special cases with our insurer. - We can also use systems that can confirm your identity. - Parties that can take over overdue collections and/or collect them on instructions. - We can share anonymous data about your vehicle with suppliers for the purpose of ordering parts or obtaining technical information. Retention period: During there is tacit cooperation, in other words until the customer has indicated in writing that he no longer wishes to be a customer and or the right to be forgotten has been invoked. Then for a maximum of 7 years. We do not use direct marketing. We do not share data with parties outside the EU. Our computer systems are protected with a password, security software and the operating system is set to apply automatic updates. Backups are made at least once a week on an external storage system.
